Ailil Graupera


Ailil Graupera is an Assistant School Board Attorney for Contracts and Garnishments for the School Board of Miami-Dade County, Florida.  She specializes in negotiating, drafting, and reviewing contracts for form and legal sufficiency.  She also handles legal issues relating to garnishments.  Prior to joing the School Board she founded a non-profit and was Vice-President for 12 years.  While working at the non-profit she focused on matters relating to governmental contracts, grants, and bid response with Federal, State, and Municipal governmental agencies.  She also focused on assisting the disadvantaged youth in Miami-Dade County to become self-sufficient and obtain a vocational trade.

Mrs. Graupera is a native South Floridian and obtained a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice at Florida International University.  She obtained her Juris Doctorate at St. Thomas University School of Law.  While attending law school, Mrs. Graupera was awarded the Highest Achievement Award for Adminstrative Law.  She was awarded First Place in the Mock Trial 1L competition.  She was awarded Dean’s List for three semesters.
